CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO MẬT VÀ XỬ LÝ DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN TY CLUB

A. TIẾNG VIỆT

1. Mục đích

Chính sách này giải thích cách [TÊN PHÁP NHÂN VẬN HÀNH TY CLUB] thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ, chia sẻ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân khi người dùng truy cập hoặc sử dụng TY Club.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi có thể thu thập

Tùy tính năng được sử dụng, TY Club có thể xử lý:

2.1 Thông tin tài khoản

  • họ tên;
  • email;
  • số điện thoại nếu được cung cấp;
  • thông tin xác thực tài khoản;
  • hạng Thành viên;
  • Member Code;
  • tùy chọn hồ sơ.

TY Club không lưu mật khẩu dạng đọc được.

2.2 Dữ liệu vị trí

Nếu người dùng cho phép:

  • vị trí gần đúng hoặc chính xác của thiết bị;
  • khoảng cách tới Partner Venues;
  • thông tin cần thiết để sắp xếp địa điểm gần người dùng.

Người dùng có thể từ chối quyền vị trí, tuy nhiên một số tính năng Nearby có thể hoạt động hạn chế.

2.3 Dữ liệu sử dụng TY Club

Có thể bao gồm:

  • Partner Venues đã xem;
  • tìm kiếm;
  • Go List;
  • lượt nhấn Grab hoặc liên kết bên thứ ba;
  • Offer claims và redemptions;
  • Member QR scans;
  • Partner Venue visits;
  • TY Point Transactions;
  • Weekly và Monthly Reward Progress;
  • Reward Qualifications;
  • Casual Bingo participation;
  • Reward Event participation;
  • thông báo và tương tác trong ứng dụng.

2.4 Dữ liệu kỹ thuật

Có thể bao gồm:

  • loại thiết bị;
  • trình duyệt;
  • hệ điều hành;
  • địa chỉ IP;
  • thời gian truy cập;
  • thông tin lỗi và bảo mật;
  • cookie hoặc công nghệ tương tự.

2.5 Thông tin hỗ trợ

Khi người dùng liên hệ TY Club, chúng tôi có thể xử lý nội dung trao đổi và thông tin cần thiết để xác minh, hỗ trợ hoặc giải quyết khiếu nại.

2.6 Partner Applications

Nếu một cá nhân đăng ký trở thành Partner, TY Club có thể thu thập:

  • tên doanh nghiệp hoặc Venue;
  • người liên hệ;
  • email;
  • số điện thoại;
  • địa chỉ;
  • category;
  • website và social media;
  • Google Maps URL;
  • Partner Plan quan tâm;
  • Offer interest;
  • nội dung ghi chú.

3. Mục đích xử lý

TY Club có thể xử lý dữ liệu để:

  • tạo, xác minh và bảo vệ tài khoản;
  • cung cấp các tính năng khám phá địa điểm;
  • vận hành Go List;
  • hiển thị địa điểm gần người dùng;
  • xử lý Member QR và Offer QR;
  • ghi nhận lượt ghé thăm;
  • tính TY Points;
  • duy trì lịch sử giao dịch;
  • tính Weekly và Monthly Reward Progress;
  • vận hành Casual Bingo và Reward Events;
  • phát hiện và ngăn chặn gian lận;
  • gửi email xác minh, reset mật khẩu và thông báo dịch vụ;
  • hỗ trợ người dùng;
  • xử lý Partner Applications;
  • đo lường và cải thiện hoạt động của TY Club;
  • tuân thủ yêu cầu hợp pháp của cơ quan có thẩm quyền;
  • thực hiện các mục đích khác mà người dùng đã được thông báo và đồng ý khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

4. Dữ liệu chia sẻ với Partner Venues

Khi Nhân viên Đối tác quét Member QR, TY Club chỉ nên hiển thị lượng thông tin hợp lý cần thiết cho việc xác nhận lượt ghé thăm, ví dụ:

  • tên Thành viên;
  • Member Tier;
  • Venue;
  • số điểm sẽ được ghi nhận;
  • trạng thái đủ điều kiện của lượt ghé thăm.

Partner Staff không cần được cung cấp lịch sử đầy đủ của người dùng, mật khẩu hoặc dữ liệu không liên quan đến việc xác nhận.

5. Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ

TY Club có thể sử dụng nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba để hỗ trợ:

  • hosting;
  • cơ sở dữ liệu;
  • authentication;
  • email;
  • monitoring;
  • analytics;
  • bản đồ và vị trí;
  • thông báo;
  • lưu trữ và bảo mật.

Các nhà cung cấp chỉ nên được truy cập dữ liệu trong phạm vi cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ cho TY Club và theo các thỏa thuận, biện pháp bảo vệ áp dụng.

6. Chuyển và xử lý dữ liệu ngoài Việt Nam

Do TY Club sử dụng hạ tầng điện toán đám mây, một số dữ liệu có thể được lưu trữ hoặc xử lý tại Việt Nam hoặc quốc gia khác.

TY Club sẽ thực hiện các thủ tục và biện pháp bảo vệ cần thiết đối với việc xử lý và chuyển dữ liệu theo pháp luật áp dụng.

7. Lưu trữ dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trong khoảng thời gian cần thiết để:

  • duy trì tài khoản;
  • cung cấp dịch vụ;
  • ghi nhận giao dịch và rewards;
  • phòng chống gian lận;
  • giải quyết khiếu nại;
  • đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Khi dữ liệu không còn cần thiết, TY Club sẽ xóa, ẩn danh hoặc xử lý theo yêu cầu pháp luật và chính sách lưu trữ hiện hành.

8. Quyền của người dùng

Trong phạm vi pháp luật áp dụng, người dùng có thể có quyền:

  • được biết về hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu;
  • truy cập dữ liệu của mình;
  • sửa hoặc yêu cầu sửa dữ liệu;
  • rút lại sự đồng ý khi việc xử lý dựa trên sự đồng ý;
  • yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu;
  • yêu cầu hạn chế xử lý;
  • phản đối một số hoạt động xử lý;
  • yêu cầu được cung cấp dữ liệu;
  • khiếu nại hoặc thực hiện quyền khác theo pháp luật.

TY Club có thể cần xác minh danh tính trước khi thực hiện yêu cầu.

9. Xóa tài khoản

Người dùng có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản thông qua:

  • chức năng Account/Profile khi được cung cấp; hoặc
  • email [privacy@tyclub.vn].

Việc xóa tài khoản có thể làm mất quyền truy cập vào:

  • Lifetime TY Points;
  • Reward Progress;
  • Go List;
  • Offers;
  • Reward Qualifications;
  • lịch sử và các lợi ích khác gắn với tài khoản.

Một số dữ liệu có thể tiếp tục được lưu giữ khi pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc khi cần thiết cho mục đích bảo mật, chống gian lận, giải quyết tranh chấp hoặc thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

10. Marketing và thông báo

TY Club có thể gửi các thông báo cần thiết liên quan đến:

  • xác minh tài khoản;
  • bảo mật;
  • thay đổi dịch vụ;
  • giao dịch điểm;
  • Reward Qualification;
  • Reward Event mà Thành viên đã tham gia.

Email hoặc thông báo marketing sẽ được quản lý riêng và cung cấp cơ chế từ chối nhận khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

11. Bảo mật

TY Club áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý nhằm bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi:

  • truy cập trái phép;
  • mất mát;
  • sử dụng sai;
  • thay đổi trái phép;
  • tiết lộ không được phép.

Tuy nhiên, không có hệ thống điện tử nào có thể đảm bảo tuyệt đối không xảy ra sự cố.

Khi xảy ra sự cố dữ liệu, TY Club sẽ thực hiện các biện pháp xử lý và thông báo theo yêu cầu của pháp luật áp dụng.

12. Trẻ em và độ tuổi

TY Club sẽ áp dụng yêu cầu độ tuổi phù hợp với pháp luật và thể lệ Chương trình.

Nếu TY Club xác định dữ liệu của người chưa đáp ứng điều kiện độ tuổi đã được thu thập không phù hợp, TY Club có thể hạn chế tài khoản và thực hiện biện pháp cần thiết.

13. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

TY Club có thể chứa đường dẫn tới:

  • Grab;
  • Google Maps hoặc dịch vụ bản đồ khác;
  • mạng xã hội;
  • website Partner;
  • các dịch vụ trực tuyến khác.

Các bên thứ ba có chính sách bảo mật riêng và TY Club không kiểm soát hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu xảy ra sau khi người dùng rời Nền tảng.

14. Casual Bingo và Reward Events

TY Club có thể xử lý dữ liệu game và Reward Event để:

  • tạo game;
  • xác thực người tham gia;
  • xác định kết quả;
  • xử lý tie-break;
  • phát hiện gian lận;
  • xác minh người nhận thưởng;
  • lưu lịch sử sự kiện.

Apple, Google hoặc nhà cung cấp kho ứng dụng không phải là nhà tài trợ hoặc đơn vị tổ chức Reward Event trừ khi được nêu rõ trong thể lệ của sự kiện.

15. Cookies

Website TY Club có thể sử dụng cookie hoặc công nghệ tương tự cho:

  • đăng nhập;
  • bảo mật;
  • lưu trạng thái;
  • tùy chọn người dùng;
  • analytics khi được áp dụng.

TY Club sẽ cung cấp các lựa chọn hoặc thông báo cần thiết theo pháp luật áp dụng.

16. Cập nhật Chính sách

Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật khi:

  • TY Club thêm hoặc thay đổi tính năng;
  • nhà cung cấp dịch vụ thay đổi;
  • quy trình xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi;
  • pháp luật yêu cầu.

Ngày cập nhật gần nhất sẽ được hiển thị ở đầu Chính sách.

TY CLUB PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

B. ENGLISH

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how [TY CLUB LEGAL ENTITY] collects, uses, stores, shares and protects Personal Data when users access or use TY Club.

2. Data We May Collect

Depending on the features used, TY Club may process:

Account data, such as name, email, phone number where provided, Member Code, Member Tier and account preferences.

Location data, where permission is granted, to show nearby venues and calculate useful location-based information.

Activity data, including searches, viewed venues, Go List activity, Grab or third-party link clicks, QR scans, visits, Offers, TY Point Transactions, Reward Progress, Reward Qualifications, Casual Bingo and Reward Event participation.

Technical information, such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address, timestamps, security data and error information.

Support communications provided when users contact TY Club.

Partner Application data submitted by businesses or individuals interested in joining TY Club.

3. Purposes of Processing

Data may be processed to:

  • create and secure accounts;
  • provide venue discovery;
  • operate Go List and nearby functionality;
  • validate QR scans;
  • record Partner visits;
  • calculate TY Points;
  • maintain transaction history;
  • calculate Weekly and Monthly Reward Progress;
  • operate Casual Bingo and Reward Events;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • send verification, password-reset and service communications;
  • provide support;
  • review Partner Applications;
  • analyse and improve TY Club; and
  • comply with lawful requirements.

4. Partner Venue Access

When Partner Staff scans a Member QR, TY Club should disclose only information reasonably necessary to confirm the visit, such as the Member’s display name, Member Tier, Venue, applicable points and visit eligibility status.

Partner Staff should not receive passwords or unrelated account information.

5. Service Providers

TY Club may engage service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, monitoring, analytics, mapping, notifications, storage and security.

Providers should access Personal Data only to the extent reasonably required to provide their services to TY Club and subject to applicable safeguards.

6. International Processing

Because TY Club may rely on cloud infrastructure, Personal Data may be processed in Vietnam or other countries.

TY Club will apply procedures and safeguards required under applicable law for relevant processing and transfers.

7. Retention

Personal Data will be retained for as long as reasonably required to operate accounts, provide services, maintain transaction and reward records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations.

Data that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to:

  • be informed about processing;
  • access Personal Data;
  • correct Personal Data;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
  • request deletion;
  • request restriction;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request provision of their data;
  • make complaints; and
  • exercise other rights provided by law.

TY Club may verify identity before processing a rights request.

9. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion through available Profile functionality or by contacting [privacy@tyclub.vn].

Deleting an account may result in loss of access to Lifetime TY Points, Go List items, Reward Progress, Offers, Reward Qualifications and other account benefits.

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Communications

TY Club may send essential account, authentication, security, service, transaction and Reward Event communications.

Marketing communications will be managed separately and opt-out mechanisms will be provided where required.

11. Security

TY Club applies reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

TY Club will respond to Personal Data incidents and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

12. Age Requirements

TY Club will apply age requirements consistent with applicable law and the Program Rules.

Accounts that do not satisfy applicable age requirements may be restricted.

13. Third-Party Services

TY Club may link to Grab, mapping services, social networks, Partner websites and other third-party services.

Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

14. Casual Bingo and Reward Events

TY Club may process game and Event data to create games, authenticate participants, validate outcomes, conduct tie-breaks, prevent fraud, verify reward recipients and retain Event history.

Apple, Google and app-store providers are not sponsors or organisers of TY Club Reward Events unless expressly identified in the applicable Event Rules.

15. Cookies

TY Club’s website may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, state management, preferences and analytics where applicable.

Appropriate notices and controls will be provided where required.

16. Updates

This Policy may be updated when TY Club features, service providers, processing activities or applicable requirements change.

The latest revision date will be displayed at the beginning of the Policy.
